This image photographed by Henri Cartier Bresson is very interesting because it looks like a man running on water which we all know is impossible for someone to do. The man himself looks like a vague image kind of like a shadow and it's almost as if you cannot tell which one is the real man. Also something to notice is the ladder that he is running off of. It is not common to find a ladder floating in the water and for him to be coming off that ladder is almost unhuman. He looks like he is flying off it. In the background where the gate is, there seem to be people looking at this man coming off of this ladder and who knows what they must be thinking of this.

If one were to flip this photograph over it would look the same as if it were right side up because all the surrounding objects are reflected upon this water.
